I was living in Salt Lake City, Utah, studying and teaching yoga at local Yoga Studios and The Front Climbing Club, when I was introduced to Escalante, Utah, by a dear friend who knew and loved the area. This led me to move to the beautiful Utah desert, where I opened the Monument Yoga Studio. I love teaching yoga in this beautiful monument. E-RYT 500 (Experience Registered Yoga Teacher) YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) I have studied with Peter Francyk, Ana Forrest, Seane Corn, along with many other inspiring yogi's. Teaching consistently since 2010. Leading Yoga Teacher Training courses since 2016 Namaste. For real.
Haylee has been moving her body since she was 3 years old. A dancer at heart, she has studied and practiced ways to move energy through her body, maintaining the length and mobility of a dancer. She taught jazz technique in the modern and ballet departments at the University of Utah and has been a certified yoga instructor since 2009. With her continued training and years of practice in the art of dance as movement and therapy, yoga, kundalini and breathwork techniques she has compiled a class.

Among the many intertwining trails I travel are Yoga and The Escalante Canyons. Reaching for healing, depth, solace, truth -- I wander openly with intent, ready . . . I am thrilled that The Escalante Loop now provides continuing growth opportunities for the many yoga practitioners in the area and those passing through. At the University of Utah I was fortunate to learn asana from a fellow student and his wife. They taught informally in their home. Kundalini was not much practiced in the United States at the time, but many years later I recalled that he had said he thought I would benefit from this particular practice when I encountered a Kundalini class at the YMCA. I jumped at the opportunity and found he was correct. In 2013, I studied with Lauren Maher and Tanya Greve at Shakta Yoga to earn my Yoga Teaching Certificate in Kundalini / Hatha. I believe that as instructors we are called upon to tailor and adapt yoga to suit the needs of each student. I look forward to each teaching opportunity. I have enjoyed teaching various classes for adults, teachers, elementary students, and individuals.

Bailey has been teaching Ashtanga Yoga and Yoga Nidra for years! Moved to the stunning landscape of Escalante, shares her talent with the community.
